I'd like to know if and how one can apply symmetry (and similar) boundary conditions to a mold geometry. Please note that my question is not related to the "Occurence" type of solutions.
For instance, if want to model the geometric half of a mold using symmetry, how can we apply the necessary thermal and flow-related boundary conditions on the cut surfaces?
The Symmetry boundary condition you are looking for is currently not available for Moldflow Insight. You will have to create a physical image of the mold at the moment.
