Moldflow Communicator Download Virus

Hi,  Apologies if this is not the right place to post this.

 

I'm trying to download the Moldflow Communicator Viewer for one of our users but it is being blocked by our Gateway Antivirus due to Injector.ARHD_2 (Trojan) in the file

 

I've been unable to use the online support (all agents are busy).  Can anyone help?

It is a problem of antivirus, It can't differentiate which is right or wrong.

 

Stop the Anivirus till you install the application and then you enable.

 

It works
