Meshing_Global Edge Length influence on simulation results

Hello together,

i'm running a simulation for wire sweep and tried several global edge length from 0.3 to 5 in meshing step. In those 8 different simulations, the wire sweep deflecion results are quite different and viscosity, velocity, shear rate results are all different from each other!  Thus i am confused, how does GEL value influent the simulation results??  and which GEL should i set to get the accurate result for the wire sweep simulation??

Look forward to your kind reply! Thank you!

for example.  When global edge length decreases, the wire sweep deflection also decreases. But when GEL reaches 0,3(the lowest value i used), the wire sweep deflection is higher!  Is anyone know the rule between GEL and results?
