I have a new project; it’s a part for water meter, and I need to test this project in materials:

RTP EMI 861

RTP 802 SI 2

DELRIN 100KM NC000

KOCETAL K300

RTP 3481-1 (LCP)

Is it possible to send me the files with these materials? (.udb)

Hi,

what you also could do is:

1) Contact the material supplier and ask for an udb-file for simulation of the material

2) If you have measured data, raw data, of material you can contact
datafittingmoldflow@autodesk.com
and get measured data fitted and an udb-file for simulation in return.
(material supplier might have measured data of this material?)

3) Do a material testing at Autodesk Moldflow Plastics Labs.

4) Search for an equivalent existing material grade in material database
