Licennsing Error

Hi,

 

I have just bought Autodesk Molflow Simulation Insight, Autodesk Simulation Synergy and Autodesk Simulation Adviser 2014. At first I have installed the License Manager and then Install all three of them. But when I just open, it show the licensing error. But i have checked the product key and serial no.So how do I solve the problem of licensing error?

Hi Ali,

Could you confirm if you have received license key and created lic file?  If you had lic file, you also need to setup license manager to point to it. You can find license manager help files from the location of where your license manager is installed.

I have only received product key and serial no. but they do not give any license key.

With the serial number, you need to create your license file from this site :Autodesk REgistration
