Starting this week, my Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight 2014 software has been crashing every time I try to import a part. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

use 2015 instead. (Just kidding)
But you have to be more specific on this.
- Is it always the same parts that crashes Moldflow (Synergy I assume)?
- What kind of message is left behind, is there is one?
- Did the system change (WIn7 likes to update itself, usually for the good, but who knows)?
- Or is there a change from the admins (Virusdetection, Firewall).
Usually if the above doens´t help you might have an active support contract?
Then the help is just a phone call away.

Thank you for replying. For whatever reason my company has not upgraded to 2015 yet, although I would like to check it out.
I do use Moldflow Synergy.
I tried to import on multiple parts and still the same condition.
There is no message, it just crashed out and nothing.
I tried restarting the computer.
In the end I just decided to reinstall the software and I have had no issues since then.
