How to rectify this error?

The software has crash. If your machine is connected to internet, please send this report.

That doesn't send any of your data, just the status of the software when it crash, and where it crashed.

Those report is treated by our development,and used intensively to debug and improve the stability of our applications.

Do not hesitate to give indication on the steps you followed before the crash, and if this is reproducable.
