Hi Anglekhang,

Normally I will improve the edge length during meshing and it will increase the value. (Flow simulation target:85%, warpage simulation target:90%)

Hope this help.

I hope you use CAD Doctor to improve the mesh Match percentage!!!!!!

Check for the area which are not showing mesh match via mesh match diagnostic tools. Use remesh tool in that region to change the mesh density.

But most of the time is it good to go for complete re-meshing with change in Global edge length that aligns the elements accordingly.

The Best Practice for what I did ~ Set Edge length to 50% for what software suggested.

Is it simply a case the geometry of the part doesn't lend itself to a high mesh match i.e.. a thick chunky part or a very non symmetrical part with varying wall thicknesses?

I normally get low mesh match ratios when the part is thick or non symmetrical. In which case I then mesh in 3D (not much help if you don't have 3D - sorry!)
