How much frozen layer fraction end of fill is acceptable

Hi everybody, 

 

I have a question:

 

How much frozen layer fraction end of fill is acceptable?

Hi,

 

The frozen layer fraction generally will be very low near the injection location and the end of fill (edges). The maximum frozen layer fraction at the end of fill, typically, should be less than 0.20–0.25.

Lesser the better for thinner components

Is there perhaps also a value how much is acceptable over the thickness?
