ERROR 99998 and WARNING 99997 after start analysis !!!!!

This log message showed after start analysis

 

** WARNING 99997 ** Required license for fiber is not available, or all licenses are currently in use.                     Continuing analysis without feature.

 

** ERROR 99998 ** Required license for AMI_BASIC is not available, or all licenses are currently in use or the product you have installed is not licensed to run this feature.

 

 

peform status enquiry :

Users of 85823MFIA_2012_0F:  (Total of 2 licenses issued;  Total of 0 licenses in use)

Users of 85826MFS_2012_0F:  (Total of 2 licenses issued;  Total of 1 license in use)

Anyone can help to solve this issue ?

Hi,
this might be related to product key used when installing Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2012 solver.
Seems has you have an Autodesk Moldflow Insight Advanced 2012.
If solver is installed as Autodesk Moldflow Insight Basic 2012, it cannot run fiber flow analysis or find Basic license, as you have Advanced and you will get an security error.

Please, reinstall solver with serial number and product key of Autodesk Moldflow Insight Advanced 2012.

Hi,

I have installed Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Adviser 2013. I have setup a model with material and injection position.

Pre-Analysis check says, model is ready for analysis.

Start analysis says, analysis failed!

I got the following message in the summary field:

** ERROR 99998 ** Required license for AMA_STANDARD is not available, or all licenses are currently ...

What am I to do?

Some questions for your issue:
Have you installing on a client, as client only?
Or is this machine client and server?
Which operating system are you using?
Have you registered your serial number and got a license?

Have you set up the license service?

Hi,

I'm running on a client and our licens is running on a license server. I have checked, that I'm the only one using the license.

My client is running Windows 7 64-bit.

We have had the license for some years, I just haven't used Moldflow before. My experienced colleagues can't figure out what's wrong.

Hi Berndt,

I have reviewed the installation and I think we used a wrong product key yesterday.

After reinstalling, I can now run the program.

Please accept my apologies for the inconcenience.

good you sorted this out, and it runs as expected.
Right, using the wrong product key also caues this issue.
