Blank scale for Deflection plots with Shrinkage Compensation

Hi All,

I'm consistently getting a blank (grey) scale bar when plotting Deflections with the 'Shrinkage compensation' option switched on.  The deflection result appears as expected on the part representation.    I get this issue on a couple of PCs so I don't think it's hardware specific.

Are a specific combination of plot settings required to get this to work?

I didn't saw that on my machines, and haven't heard about this problem.

On the different machines you tested, do they have similar graphic card ?

Does it happen always, or for example when you split the windows or have multiple models open ?

Hi Yannick,

Thanks for your reply.  The graphics cards are not that similar (both NVIDIA, one Mobile).  I've done a clean install of Moldflow on both machines and it seems to have resolved the problem.  I'll keep an eye out for this in future to see if I can identify what triggered it.

Hi Louis,

You are right, this is not a Hardware related to problem, it seem to have related to software.

This issue seem to be specifically related to Graphic card updation. You just need to update to latest graphic card display drivers.

I hope this may work in this case.
