Hello!

I have Moldflow Insight 2013, Premium license, and I need see examples using:

Thermoplastics overmollding

Reactive molding

Microchip encapsulation

Underfill Encapsulation

The objective is to understand the differences between them, and what results I can see.

For example: I need to do a study with two materials, PP and TPE. First injected PP after TPE, on the same mould. The cooling is important because the warp. Can I make this study with Overmolding or the correct form is Bi-injection Molding?
