I´'m working in a piece that has three diferent components assembled. Design engineer wants to know if summing the warpage of the pieces while assembled will have an negative effect in the craftsmanship of the part.
Is there any way to put in the same proyect various results and overlap warpage images or to export warpaged component as a geometry for making a dimensional analysis?

I found this, has anybody used it before?
Hi,
the provided link shows the workflow.
This is used, and is a way to export the warped mesh.
- going to CAD, the format is STL
- using the deflected mesh using the Model File setting it exports in udm-format, which can be imported to Synergy.
This way you can do an Open>Add... of more warped mesh geometries to "assemble" in a study.
In the Export Warpage Mesh/Geometry menu:
To start with use: Direction: Actual shape - Scale Factor set to 1
Note:
If comparing with original cad geometry:
Export Warped mesh: the warp result is warpage and shrinkage
Hope this helps.
