Hello lichpv88

the aspect ratio  is used to obtain a accuracy result, basically is to adjust your triangles dimensions and avoid long differences between the Lenght & Width.

You can improve your aspect ratio with the Mesh Repair Menu, you can merge nodes, add nodes between to nodes or move manually. the recommended es the Max aspect ratio 6 for Dual Domain & for 3D Max aspect ratio 30.

and also to review the worst triangles  use the mesh statistic menu, and select the option diaplay to watch the traingles with high aspect ratio (Marked with Red Color).

Regards.

Hello lichpv88

when you say "So, when my design includes 2, 3,.. surfaces. How can i mesh it?" do you want to refer for example an assembly or the model + runner?

if you answer is the part + runners, is very easy, yo need import your model finished (with runners), and then when you select generate mesh, you need be assure that match mesh option is enable or generate the mesh only in the part and then draw in moldflow the runners and gates and mesh these parts, only you need be assure that match mesh is enable.

or if you want simulate a screw driver (plastic + metal) you need the change the molding process set up to overmolding, impot your assy and then generate the mesh with match mesh option enable.

you could easily be a toolmaker, remember, moldflow is a tool for specialist only few people can access to him, normally this tool is used in the automotive industry

regards
