AFTER INSTALL DOES NOT APPEAR THE SOFTWARE

Hi, 

I have installed Moldflow Insight Ultimate2015 x64 on a 64bits DELL Laptop.

 I have downloaded from subscription portal.

When I try to open the program, the only options that shows me Windows are:

- Autodesk simulation Moldflow Insight Forums

- Tools

    Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight Command Shell.

I have tried to uninstall clean with the recommendations, even deleting de keys at regedit, but nothing.

I was looking on the installation folder at "Program Files" if is there any manual .exe to run, but nothing.

Do I have to install another feature?

You also need to install Moldflow Synergy 2015 if you need UI. If you only installed Insight then you will only have these two short cuts you mentioned, but .exe should be under "Program Files\Autodesk\Simulation Moldflow Insight 2015\bin" folder.

Do you know if I have to pay for another license to install the Synergy?

Yeah, Synergy needs its own license which is different from Insight license.
