TUTORIALS - FORBIDDEN ERROR

I'm getting a FORBIDDEN ERROR on the webpagne when I try to access the tutorials from the Advisor software. It worked earlier but recently it stopped.

Need some help here. Thanks

Hi,

this might be related to you internet connection.

By default Moldflow Adviser 2014 will try to use on-line wikihelp.

The on-line tutorial is accessible here: Tutorials Adviser 2014

You can switch to local help:

But if you have internet connection issues, you can use local help:

1) Access the Options via the application menu.
2) Navigate to the Language and Help tab in the options.
3) Modify the Help to launch locally: check "Use local help"
4) Apply
