Mold Type Selection in Ribbon Greyed Out

Hello,

             I have installed Mold Flow Adviser 2013, while using any CAD model the mold type option on the ribbon is always greyed out. How can I fix this issue ?

Hi,
this depends on the product installed.

Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Adviser comes in three products:
1) Moldflow Adviser Standard
2) Moldflow Adviser Premium
3) Moldflow Adviser Ultimate

To compare look at:
http://www.autodesk.com/products/autodesk-simulation-family/compare/moldflow-products 

If you have installed Moldflow Adviser Standard product, the Mold Type button will always be greyed out,
as Moldflow Adviser Standard is for simulation on cavity only, a single cavity with no runner system "Part Only".

To use Mold Type you need the Moldflow Adviser Premium or Moldflow Adviser Ultimate product
to model single cavity or multi-cavity with runner systems.
