Hi Dinesh,
The reason for the message is when Model Suitability is Dual Domain, and changed to 3D.
When running simulation the message will appear: "The imported model is thin walled, and is appropriate for Dual-Domain analysis. As a 3D analysis has been performed, you should take care when interpreting the results."
This is to make aware of the change done, and running another mesh type than suggested by Model Suitability.

To understand the analysis technologies, please review:

2. Compare Dual Domain and 3D model representations Investigate how Dual Domain and 3D analysis technol....

3. Comparing 3D and Dual Domain results In this task you will learn how part geometry and analysis tech...

Hope this clarifies.
Regards,
Berndt
