Hi,
in the cad system extract center lines of cooling circuits as lines/curves.
Trim lines in the break points, where circuit changes direction.
Export the center lines of cooling circuits as iges curves from the cad system.

In Autodesk Moldflow Adviser, go to Geometry.
Click Cooling System, down-arrow
Import Channels

file type : *.igs

When importing an *.igs or *.iges file, the process will import each segment of the cooling system as a centre (axis) line,
and apply default cooling channel dimensions.
Baffles and bubblers are converted into cooling channels, and these elements will need to either be defined or added manually, after import.

Regards,
Berndt
