Constant load on a surface of a rotating part

Hello,

I have come across several queries similar to this.

I need to apply a load increasing with time on a shaft rotating with certain speed. the direction of load is constant.

Please suggest if it already has been included and if it is not included, please try working on it and include it in future.

Remote load or distributed load but the load must not rotate with the surface.

Is it already there in ASIM Mechanical 2015 R1?
