Hi there !
I'm working on a dam study, and I have to work with a 3D model.
I would like to use a sectionnal view in order to determinate what behaviour is adopted by some particullar points on my model.
Is there a way to display an adaptive scale of constrains only focused on the part I chose to displaye on the interface ?
Thanks.
Regards.

I'm going to go ahead and ask for more information.
What type of analysis?
please clarify this sentence:
"Is there a way to display an adaptive scale of constrains only focused on the part I chose to displaye on the interface ?"
I'm doing a static and linear analysis to check the stability of my structure (displacements and constraints).
First, I would like to make disappear singularities due to the modelisation, in order to focus on the rest of the structure.
Secondly, when I use sectionnal view to check constraints in my different elements, the constraint scale does'nt automatically adapt to the part wich is still displayed on the graphic interface.
I hope it clarifies my original answer.
Unfortunately there is no way to do this automatically, or adaptively.
I believe the scale will adjust when component visibility is turned off, which is helpful.
However nothing is available to scale in relationship to the displayed view area (cross sections, etc)
You could post your idea in the Simulation Mechanical Idea Station forum.

Hope this helps.
