true stress - true strain for elastic-plastic curve

Hello again,

Could someone confirm whether (log) true stress -strain values are the right inputs for the Von Mises curve option?. This is the way to go in other solvers but just wanted to be sure as I have not found this detail in the documentation.

Thank you in advance,

Roger

I was wondering the same thing.  Should I use Engineering or True Stress-Strain data?

Thanks,

Mike

The true stress -strain values are the right inputs.

Hi Akihiro,

I will let the documentation team know that.  Hope this can be added in V2016.

Thanks,
