I have been trying to raise a support request but no matter what i do it will not work. it keeps saying
Oops! Something went wrong! Some of the fields were not filled in properly..
but everythiong IS filled in. Is there another way i can speak to someone? an email address maybe?
Gee, and no responses after a month. Glad to see Autodesk is monitoring and responding to issues on the forums.
I'm having the same problem. Go to the support page and create a support request. I get the whirling "processing" thing forever. I finally hit refresh the page comes up. I fill everything in and it goes to a half-loaded page saying I didn't fill anything in. Tried this several times and it keeps happening.
In the end I just used a different browser and that seemed to sort it, I was using IE10 but switched to Chrome to fill in the request.
it may not be the same issue, but it might help.
