Steady state multiphysics: velocity update failed

I've create a simple cube for steady-state heat transfer/fluid analysis. The top of the cube has a hole in it with a separate solid cylidrical part we'll call the heating element. There's also another hole with another cylidrical "plug" part in it that is flush with the inside and outside. Fluid was built inside using the mesh feature and copes around the heating element. All BC's are applied but it will not converge.

Algor starts the iteration but fails before the first iteration

Error message:

**** Error: Velocity update failed. Quit.

Anyone have a solution for this?

This is usually from the incorrect boundary condition or meshing, please double check.

Or attached your archive model(with all result in)if it is not big so that I can have a look.
