Simple MES Simulation - Odd Error(s)

Have been setting up an extremely simple (see attached image) bolted connection in MES with Nonlinear Material Models and attempting to get it to run.  However, it appears to go through a number of iterations before an error pops up.  All that's in the model right now is the bolt preload. Any suggestions as to how I fix this? My experience with MES and Nonlinear is limited so I may have been setting up things incorrectly?

Thanks in advance.

I think similar problems reported before. ds.al is just a text file.

Does it happen consistently?

My understanding is this is a kind of random crash caused by some unknown reasons.

Could you please try it some time later, or in another machine, or after restarting your machine?

If it keeps crashing, could you share it with us?

Thanks.

This random crash error on the summary file (ds.al) has been reported by some users.  And I also encountered this random crash error a few time on my desktop, but it cannot be repeated on the other same brand machines.

If we run the same model a few times, the random crash error might happen at the end of different steps.  I also found that the random crash error usually happens to some simple models, which run very faster.
