SIm Mech 2015 / analysis failed for all simulatio nmodel

Dear

 

One of our partner experienced all Sim Mech FE model analysis has failed on specific PC.

He checked already all possibility for this issue, such as asian character, blank in the path and re-install Sim Mech.

This issue occur on the only one specific PC.

 

Is there any specific hardware compatibility issue for Sim Mech 2015?

Or What information do you need for check this kind of issue?

 

Environment : Windows 7 ultimate SP1 64bit / Sim Mech 2015
