Rollforming simulation

good morning.

my name is andres trejo  im a industrial engineer.

im using autodesk simulation mechanical now. i want to simulate the process of rollforming something like this videos listed below.

so, i dont know if simulation mechanical ( mes whit no lineal material models) is able to simulate this kind of process,

I don't it can be done.

Hi,

MES contact is to simulate general contact models like drop tests and other, but it does not have the necessary featues to simulate 

sheet forming processes. You have to configure all the contacts between the surfaces. In my case it just diverged and the MES went on and on for hours and nothing happened.
