When I'm trying to look at anything else than the displacement results in the results environment, I get an error message saying "An unexpected error has occured". The analysis is running, and the displacement results are shown fine, but I cannot view anything else. What is this due to?

Of course I don't know the cause, but see if this fixes the problem. My guess is that the Results window is remembering something from a previous run. So try these steps.
Open the model.
If any Results windows are open, close them. (Go to the Window pull-down menu and see if any Results windows are listed.)
From the FEA Editor environment, hold the shift key and click the "Results" tab. This will create a Results window with the defaults.
