What does this mean? "Error: Jacobian of element non-positive; Element numbering may be in incorrect order or element may be highly distorted."
I'm flabbergasted, maybe someone can enlighten me?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Floris
negative jacobian means mostly you got a distorted element.you must be using solid elements.you can check the particular element number and cross check the mesh sizes.
Nope, I'm sorry. I once more meshed it, then it came out fine. So it was probably some hick -up. Which I experience quite a lot these times.
Now it only doesn't converge, but that's normal. *sigh*
