Issue Running Modal Analysis

I've been running some modal analyses on some variations of a design and ran into this error:

 

 **** Error detected in the BCSLIB-EXT solver.
 **** Code:   726
            Internal error accessing Lanczos recurrence vectors.

 

Any idea on what this is and how I can avoid this error in the future?
