Forces in function of velocity and amplitude of movement

Dear Autodesk Community,

For my Masters' thesis I need to find the dynamic response of a structure which is partially in the water due to currentforces.
The effects of water surrounding the structure is that there will be an added mass and a friction force. These values are speed and amplitude of movement dependent, and so are the forces due to the current (vortex).

My question is:
Is it possible to insert forces in function of the velocity, acceleration and amplitude of the structure?

If someone has a better idea of how to simulate this situation I'd also be very happy to hear, all the information is welcome!!

Thanks in advance,
T.
