Error "3050 Could Not Lock File"

Hi,

 

I recently received this error and have no idea how to fix it.  It causes the solve to crash just after starting it - no time steps are solved.  I get this error in both Simulation Mechanical 2014 and 2015.

 

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this - I reinstalled and no change.  I am on Win7 64bit and full admin rights as far as I know (have Corporate IT so I might not have COMPLETELY full rights...).
