error 65536 - maximum number of parts in single model?

i'm running 23.1 64 bit to analyze a 400 part beam/truss welded tube fuselage. each tube from node to node is its own part. i get error 65536 at model check. is there a maximum number of parts that can be run? thanks.

Algor 23.1 can handle much more than 400 parts.  Hence something else must be amiss.

Could you have run out of memory or disk space?  Are there any other warning or error messages?
