Hi all,
I am a new user for Autodesk Algor Simulation & i carry out some Pressure Vessel Analysis by PV Designer.
Some times i get the following strange results in display area.
is that related to VGA card or any others errors in loads & Boundary conditions.

I have reviewed your image and see a side view of a pressure vessel with pressure arrows displayed. The result type is "Factor of Safety" of the von Mises stress, which shows a very high factor of safety. It also appears that gravity is considered and the exagerated deflection state of the model shows deflections between supports. Since you did no indicate what the "Strange Results" were, I can only describe what I see, which is not unusual. Perhaps you have displayed the factor of safety from the Results Options pull-down menu, which you will need to select again to return to the von Mises stress view? Please provide a more detailed description of what you consider to the the strange result so that I may be of assistance.
