Boundary conditions for analyzing a plastic shoe sole

Hello,

I wanted to analyze static stress & displacement of a plastic shoe sole. so what type of elememt will be suitable for this plastic sole? and for optimum result what type of meshing should be used & why??? and how can I insert marerial like PU plastc on this softwear?

I will use a 3D model with brick if you want high resolution you always can use 2nd order elements.....use a element type depending of your material and the use of MES is highly recommended.
