E22 and E33 lamina calculations

Which equation do I use to calculate E22 and E33 for lamina using the fiber and matrix modulus? No matter how I changed the number, my E22 and E33 is much smaller than the E11.

Simulation Composite Design determines the composite material’s elastic properties (e.g., moduli and Poisson ratios) by using the micromechanical finite element model to simulate the various fundamental load/deformation relationships of the composite material. Section 4.2 of the User’s guide explains in further detail.
