Void Fill surfaces for a nozzle array manifold

I have a manifold duct with one inlet and a array of 220 outlet slot nozzles that I modeled from Inventor LT (see attached .jpg).  What is the easiest way to Void Fill the many outlet slots for air flow analysis?

The geometry toolkit is ideal for this purpose. You will, however, have to "cap" each of the orifices individually. I suspect that each of the oval shaped orifices is defined by a single edge, so it will be a simple matter to select an edge and then build the planar cap. Once all orifices are closed in this manner, the toolkit will permit a void fill operation to generate the flow volume.

You could also model the manifold as a multibody part in Inventor LT. Cap one outlet and pattern. The key is to make sure you creating the capping geometry as separate bodies. Probably faster to do that in CAD than using the geometry toolkit in SimCFD, but both will get you to the end goal.
