Depending on what you are trying to do, some have represented Vaccuum as a low density, low conductivity material.
For example if you were planning on doing a thermal model 'in space' we might create a custom fluid material with low density/conductivity so that we can still do internal radiation but not have any flow/conduction through the fluid itself.
Apollo,
I have observed that most CFD Solvers don't like materials with very low conductivity and density to represent vacuums, ie, they are hard to converge. Is there a value that you recommend as to how much low, without compromising the ease of convergence?
