Use of Microns instead of Millimeters

Dear all,  I would like to know how to set up the analysis in microns units instead of millimeters. I know how to change from meter, CM and mm but there is no option for microns. My original assembly is in microns in Inventor and when launched into CFD 360 2014 I can only select mm as the smallest scale. Or if this is not possible how to reduce the size of the "small objects" as when I try to mesh at micron scale it tells me it should be bigger than the small scale size.

Regards,

David

Hi David,

You cannot change the CFD units to microns. As a workaround could I suggest changing the Inventor units to mm?

The meshing issue may not be related but this would be a good test.

Kind regards,

Jon
