the analysis has stopped because the solver has exited unexpectedly

I cannot get an analysis to solve.  I have tried an electronics tutorial and now the car tutorial and keep getting the same error, "the analysis has stopped because the solver has exited unexpectedly".  I have reinstalled CFD 2013 and that didn't help and I tried it on three different computers in the office.  This is the first time we have tried using CFD 2013 here but have been using mechanical with no problem for over a year.  

I have attached the .cfz file.

I am really frustrated and a bit upset with this at this point and hopefully someone can help.

No need for help, i relocated the file from the server to my local workstation and it ran fine.
