I had a study crash ealier today during a run and now when I try to open and run the file it will not proceed past the "Queued" stage of precalculations.
Is the file corrupt? Please let me know if there is anything I can do to restore my design setup.

Hello,
Queued means generally that there is already a calculation on the computer you chose and the simulation you started has to wait in a queue until it can start.
I could imagine the following scenario, please correct me if I'm wrong:
To avoid this care has to be taken when re-opening a design study (extension *.cfdst). If by mistake the support file (extension *.cfz) is opened you will create an independent new design study.
So firstly I'd try to open the original design study and you should see the solution progress and results as usual.
If the design study/solution is corrupt for some reason you can always use the support file, which is automatically created when hitting the solve button, to re-create the design study.
To find out if there are still calculations performed use the Solution Monitor (open via Start Menu or directly within the software) and you will see the queue.
To stop a solution manually (i. e. if you cannot open the design study anymore), either restart the Server Manager (Start Menu) or use the Task Manager: in the processes tab show all processes, search for one entity of cfdcalc.exe and end it. At this point all unsaved results are lost.
Please let us know if this solved your issue.
One addition: you will also see this pause icon for the queued scenario:
