sst_new_iwf & use_sst_rc are missing

These two flags ("sst_new_iwf" & "use_sst_rc") are missing in the flag manager, how can I bring them back?!

Hi afshin2012,

Those flags can only be set in the scenario level of the flags manager over what you are looking at now which is the default level.
