Slip/Symetry as adiabatic walls?

On solid region where I have adiabatic wall can slip/simetry can be use insead?

Absolutely. If the solid region does not contribute to the solution, other than to define the geometry, then it can be suppressed. Suppressing a volume is done while defining materials. The slip/symmetry BC would not be necessary, as any wall that does not have a BC is assumed to be insulated.
