Simulation stuck in queued state

I am currently running a simulation in simCFD 2014 and am not able to get around the queued state for one of my scenarios despite no other simulation being run. I have tired the following:

 

-Stopping the job through the Solve window, and restarting the program

-restarting my computer

-stopping and reinstalling the server manager

-deleting content of the analyze folder (with server manager stopped)

 

Alas to no success.

I face this problem for 2013! Did you find any workaround?
