Simulating temperature increase due to compressing gas

How can I simulate temperature increase due to compressing gas eg. as it is compressed by a cylinder

Unfortunately, this is not something we can simulate at present in CFD.

Hi,

 

Not that I know of, no. It would be more of an enhancement to the software, adding functionality.

Can I suggest you log a request in our Idea Station here?
