Sim CFD 2012 remote solver running, interface not showing as in process

I am running an analysis on a remote computer and had the interface open while doing so. At some point the connection dropped out momentarily and the interface no longer thinks the job is running, but the solution monitor on both machines shows it is. Can I somehow tell the interface the job is running so it retrieves the results or copy down the results manually from the Analyze folder on the server?

Solved my own problem. I copied the entire job directory into the proper directory for that scenario and then ran 1 more iteration. All of the results then appeared.
