Setting a solid to a constant temperature

I have a plate (solid) that I want to assign a constant temp (50C) to.  I seem only to be able to set volumes as a heat generation BC.

I am setting a velocity and temperature to a air stream and  I want to have h calculated off of the plate surface.

Just set every external surface of the plate to the same temperature boundary condition.
