SCDSE Crash Recovery

I had a simulation crash part way through, with the error message "A software problem has caused Autodesk Simulation SCDSE to close unexpectedly".  Now, I can't open the simulation file - which is a major problem, since I already had 4 designs analyzed under the design study.  What is the best recovery option?
