Resistance Material Constant "Thru Flow K Value"

Hi,

I  have a Cv value for an OEM part. I model a disk with certain diameter "d". I use Cv relation: Q=Cv*sqrt(dp/SG).

Then using relation         ,and using diameter of disk "d", i calculate the value of "thru flow k factor" and use in my model. But the model and Cv equation give different results with an error of about 33% for water.

I think, I got it. I messed up in units during conversion.
