random cloud issue

Hi,

I've every now and then the following issue, after the job is solved in the cloud and I load the results:

I can then only delete the scenario to keep the rest of the design study....

Has anyone experience with that?

well after some investigation, I've found that if I replace the files (not the folders!) inside the defect scenario folder, I can at least open the scenario. After that I have to remesh and interpolate the results... maybe there's a better solution...
